Everyone in Seminole County is talking about NorthView, an exciting new village-style development combining:

  • upscale retail stores
  • fine dining establishments
  • a faith-based student center
  • student housing

all in one beautiful, compact package! Offering community residents the casual elegance of an evening of fine dining and the allure of a fun day shopping with friends, there is truly something for everyone at NorthView!

NorthView’s development will enhance the beautiful Seminole County scenery with:

  • lush landscaping and water features
  • noise buffers such as a detention pond, dense vegetation, and tall trees that will reduce noise from local traffic and the University of Central Florida
  • the ingenious architectural design of the student housing which cleverly hides the necessary student resident parking behind the building, keeping NorthView’s visual elements pleasing to the eye and to the community.

signThe concept for NorthView, a completely not-for-profit development, began as an attempt by the Alan Ginsburg Family Foundation to bridge the community with the faith-based student centers at UCF. The heart of this development is the faith-based student center, which will house:

  • the Catholic Student Center
  • the Jewish Hillel
  • other on-campus ministries

These organizations are dedicated to strengthening the religious identity of students, helping them develop friendships with like-minded peers, providing opportunities to participate in mission trips across the continent and also provide community service projects here in Central Florida. By involving college students in service projects within the Seminole County community, NorthView will strengthen the community by showing students the value of being good citizens who give back to the surrounding area.
